A legacy system afflicted with confusion about disclosure forms whenever associates needed to pre-clear or disclose a gift to business partners. We improved the user experience and minimize challenges in the new process. We updated the user flow, content, and targeted roles-based data to determine if the submission was necessary for specific employees.
